Hello! my name is Paul Kruger. I am on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Elgin in Illinois and also work on our annual Great Futures Gala committee (Our big yearly fund raiser). I’ve tried to see if Airbnb Corporate helped with any type of community outreach program, but have not able to find anything. So, I’d thought I’d just reach out to the Airbnb community.
We have our annual Great Futures Gala in October and I just wondering if there might be any Hosts that might be interested in making a donation for our event. Just a little about us.
Our event is expected to draw over 350 supporters, and participating businesses. The money from the donation will go towards supporting the 2,000 children that come through our doors every year. Our main outcomes are #1) Keep kids on track to graduate. #2) Ensure kids are healthy and fit #3). Develop our future leaders.
