Price in quote is lower than nighlt price I posted?

For Mar 25 to Apr 1st the price in my listing is $250 USD per night for 7 nights = $1750.00 USD. I just received a quote inquiry for $183 USD per night = $1281.00 USD.

I checked the listing and the nightly rate is $250.00.

There are 0% discounts for weekly rate.

What is the problem with the lower quote?

my problem was related to Instant Book and was solved when I turned it off.

I just recieved an inquiry for dtaes where my calendar says $284 per night but on my calendar the dates are listed as $395 per night.

Why did this happen? What do I do?

The same thing happened to me twice now,  lately.

We changed our pricing from 20.00 per night to 35.00 per night per person, but the property view page still shows the 20.00 to the World and I am getting reservations on this price one after the other - for groups.

I can't even change the base price anymore, which was set about a year ago on the old price setting system.

The pricing setting changed to the calendar view now with smart pricing suggestions keep popping up.

Please do not bother with the old system description of how, which says "go to pricing settings and click on the base price"

There is no such window to be found on the new pricing setting on the calendar view page. 

That is my point.

Anyone can help me with this, who figured this out - where is the base price window moved ?

Since the price on instant booking picks up the old base price rate, not what is on the calendar on my end.

How do you turn off the instant booking?

Hi Marta,

What I did was go to Dashboard, then to Bookings , then click "No One..." under instant bookings. Checked my pricing over the next week and then went back to Bookings and selected "Guests who meet...".

Also I logged out each time so reset with password.

Problem went away.
