Pricing tool

When I first started on Airbnb in Jan 13 there was a tool available on the webiste to a host to enable them to calculate the cost to a guest of a stay over a given period.  I would tfind his really useful now that, for example, long term stays are priced on the site at a discount to the nightly rate and that we have so much flexibiity over pricing by using the calendar functions.

I've never been aware of any such tool, but if you wanted to calculate the cost of each reservation you would add up totals for:

- Supplies

- Laundry

- Utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.)

- Your time

- Depreciation of items used by guest

- Any good you provide the guest

That should get you close to your expected cost per reservation.
