Hello, 

I just made a special offer to a client at 1099$ for two nights. And it clearly says that 1099$ is the amount the client pays. Then it says you guys take 33$ and I have 1066$ left that I can recieve. 

He then recieves a 100$ service fees and ends up having to pay around 1200$. Why do you clearly tell me he's gonna pay 1099 when that's not true, he's asked to pay more than that.

The guest sees what they will pay. The host sees what they will get. It seems to work for most cases. If you have special circumstances, you'll just have to adjust the pricing until the guest sees a price they will accept.
