Problem with cancelling a reservartion

Hi,

I am unable to cancel a resevration from a guest...The last step shows a error message "there was a problem processing the request". 

Do someone know what to do in this case?

When does the reservation start? Sometimes the system won't let you cancel a reservation if it's starting soon.

Are you aware of the penalties for cancelling? Be sure to explain any extenuating circumstances to the Airbnb if your situation allows.
