Hello everyone, just have a question, I have a guest who booked one or two months ago for January 2019.
Because of the year ending, I decrease my nightly stay rental and he is asking me why I quoted him a higher price. I really did not like the question, is there anyone who encountered such questions and if yes how did you handle it, please? Thank you

I hope you don't mind, I spotted your post in the Welcoming all Superhosts discussion and I thought your question might get a little lost there with all the replies, so I've made it into a new topic here in the Hosting board.
Has anyone else had any experience of dealing with pricing questions from your guests? Any helpful tips you might be able to offer?
