Question to superhosts

Does the elusive Superhost status bring in more booking inquiries? Also do your guests have higher expectations of your place when you're a Superhost and does that affect your reviews negatively?

I'm curious to know how achieving this status has affected your experiences with guests/reviews/bookings. Thanks 🙂

@ZenHomes0 I don't know that the SH staus on its own brings in more bookings, but it is a filter that lookers can use. It also may offer some level oif comfort to lookers comparing, say, two near-identically appealing listings. For some people, the listing with SH status might beat out the other.

On the other hand,  while we currently happen to have SH status, I don't think it would matter much if we were to lose it,

Nobody has stayed with me has ever mentioned it, I think most people sort by location and price.

Reviews have been mentioned so if you have good reviews that helps.
