Regulations in France - Primary Residence

I have two gites in my barn, detached from my house but on the same plot of land (ie we share the garden/parking etc). I have registered as a business as it is now my main income, so I have a SIRET number. I live on site, but the gites are only used for tourists and have been classified by the Tourist Board as meubles de tourisme. I don't provide breakfast so I am not a hotel or chambre d'hote.

My question is, I don't know which category to select under Regulations. I don't think I fall into the secondary residence category, nor do I think I come under hotels.  At the moment I have selected 'primary residence/entire home/app' but will I be restricted to 120 days per annum? I can't see that this is correct if I am a business. I earn less than 23,000 E so I am classed as non-professional. Or, is the 120 day limit only applicable to properties in selected cities where there are restrictions? I'm getting very confused and would welcome some sound advice, please. Thanks in advance.
