Remove reviews for unlisted property?

We used to list a total three properties. One of them was a condo that we have sinced unlisted and sold because of the subpar resort management and on-site staff. While it was listed, it received a 2 and a 3-star review (rightly deserved, BTW).  Our two other properties have all 4 and 5-star reviews, but these bad reviews associated with a property that we no longer own are still negatively affecting us.

How can we remove them or request to remove them? If we can't, why in the world aren't we able to do so?

Reviews are for a host in the first line, @Mark641. So it's true it will be unfair if someone hosts a palace and a hut.
