Rental Insurance for hosting??

I'm new to Hosting and was wondering if anyone carried rental insurance and if so who do you use? Or do y'all just rely on Air BnB hosting insurance for damages?

Ask your current insurance company what they will cover for airbnb guests.  I asked mine all sorts of questions ie what happens if a guest burns the house down or damages my stuff.  I was plesently surprised to find I didnt need any further cover other than normal house and contents and I was covered except for theft.  Im in NZ so might be different in the US but id just ask your insurance company directly for a start.

@Stephanie408 be careful, there are several reports of US insurers cancelling coverage 'just for asking' on these boards.  You may want to do a search about insurance here and check with some of the carriers who are AirBnB friendly before calling your insurer.  It is not impossible, but don't want you to be surprised!
