Replying to inquiries. I have been having difficulty replying to guests inquiries recently

I am finding it difficult to respond to inquiries, when I press Respond, the message box does not come up  and nothing happens.  Anyone else having this problem.   I have been with Airbnb for years and this has never happened until recently.

If u are a Safari user yes it happened since they update their new dashboard

Is there no resolution to this issue? I am about to dump AIRBnB due to the excessive frustrations and inability to communicate with AIRBnB.
