Requiring Verification?

People trying to book my rooms in the last couple of days are finding it difficult to book because they are being asked for futher verificaton than I require.  I have had some people go elsewhere for accommodation because it is so complicated. He tried to book and it requested verification, he gave verification and then over 2 days it still wouldnt allow him to book. I have not had problems until the last couple of days.

Another person who has just contacted has tried to  book for this Saturday night - on my calendar it says awaiting verification but the guy says that he has verified with documents.  Do I have to wait a while for this to come through?
