Hi everybody, I really need some help!
I canceled a reservation immediately after having done it, BEFORE the host actually confirmed it. The next morning I found an email from the host, confirming the reservation. If I go to MY TRIP, the reservation appears as canceled, but I did not receive any email from airbnb. Cancelation policy was strict: 50% refund within a week. The issue is that I immediately sent a message to the host, explaining the situation and kindly asking her if we can negotiate about a higher refund. That was 2 days ago. She never answered, and I found that really strange. I am going mental to find a way to get in touch with airbnb local asisstance, as I haven't found any similar case in the FAQ.
Can you give me any advice and help me with this?

but I the option "My question is about something else" or "I have a different issue"suggested, does not come out.
I really don't know what to do.
