Hello,
I am a new host on Airbnb.
Recently, I declined a request for reservation, and 1 week later, that same person said that the payment went through anyways.
Checking my bank account and Airbnb progress on payments, I have no payments at all for this event. If it is true that they were charged, how do I proceed to reimburse? Who should reimburse since I don't hanve any records of getting paid. Should they contact Airbnb or me?
