Reservations

I have received messages from a person who says they reserved and it is all complete... but nothing is showing up on my end... ? How long does it take to show the reservation that has been completed?

@Sandra612 If it is instant booking, then a few minutes. Otherwise until you approve it. But ask that guest to check it. Maybe they sent the message to the wrong host? Also, try to log out and log in. Sometimes purging cookies helps.
