Host Referral

I find the referral bonus terms for a new host very unfair. 

The new host you recommend now has to complete a first booking worth USD100. If not the person who referred them are not eligible for the bonus. When you are new, the price is low to attract guests. Only when you have good reviews can you increase the prices. Also if you are new, guests tend to book one night to avert any risk. Given these factors it is an unfair expectation to ask the host you recommended airbnb, to cancel bookings, which are less than USD 100.

You should definitely voice your opinon to other hosts and Airbnb.  Host Voice is a forum designed just for that!
