Response Rate

I just recently started hosting and using this website.  I have responded to many guests and have confirmed and declined their reservations.  However, my response rate indicates a 0% for 0 inquiries.  I don't understand why it would say that if I have already responded to numerous requests.  Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Budo, I have the same thing. I have bookings and have accepted and rejected bookings but still have 0% rating for 0 enquiries. Did you find an answer to this?

I have the same situation!  I should have 100% response rate, but it is still 0%.

@Becky18 I checked your listings and it shows 100% response time. Looks like the issue might be on your host dashboard...

 

Sorry couldn't check @Budo0 and @Melanie43 profiles, sometimes when I click on people's profiles they just wouldn't open... another mistery.

I agree with most of the other people. I have replied to 100% of the inquireies within 24 hours yet my response rate keeps dropping.

 

I have emailed and called Airbnb multiple times on this. Each time they promise to fix it within a week and follow-up with me. Then they disappear and won't repond to my emails anymore. This is a big problem with Airbnb.

I am new to AirBNB and already have 2 confirmed bookings! However, my response rate is only 67% because I was out of the country when the first request came in and I did not know about it for a week. (I wasn't aware of the text notifications before now.) Is there a way to amend it to get me back up to 100%?
