Review system

Hello all,

Is anyone experiencing problems with the review process?  We recently had a guest who said they left us a review as we did for them but neither of them our showing on either  of our profiles (even though are one for them is showing on ours).  The reviews were made around a week ago too?

Can anyone advise?

I have a similar problem: wrote my review but it doesn't show. When I go back to fix it the system tells me I  must complete the review but still it won't let me write anything
