If I have a guest who has been with me for a while, I don't want to leave a review every single week.  How do I avoid being prompted to leave a review for a long term guest?  And how can he avoid being prompted to review me as a host?  Will not submitting a review penalize my chances for becoming a superhost?

You will only get prompted for a review after the guests departs, ie after the booking has ended.

I have never been prompted to review a guest that was still in my place, no matter how long they stayed.

Maybe it´s a bug.

Ultimately ignoring review requests somehow has an impact on your quest to become a superhost.
