Rude guest bothering our neighbors. Greetings everyone! We need your advice regarding our situation with a guest. Our guest was given instructions how to get into our home while we were at work. This guest got into house without problems.But unfortunately this guest locked herself out of the bedroom ( all our rooms has personal keys) , so she decided to go to our neighbors house ( which is next to us)asking for help from our neighbor. In the same time this guest didn't ask our neighbor to contact us (so we could come and open the door, or at least to explain her where an extra key is)however she asked to call service to unlock bedroom. Our neighbor advised to this guest to stay in the house and wait for us. Our neighbor contacted us and we arrived ASAP. By the way our house is big enough, it has two floors ( all rooms are on the second floor) also this house has all facilities for comfortable waiting and living. However our guest managed to call service for lock opening. Now this guest commanded to us to pay lock opening service, and give to her additional room key ( because she wants to have 2 room keys) We we trying to kindly explain that she should not go to our neighbors property or calling service without informing us, but she replied that she rented room and now it is Her property until she lives in our house. Also she been very rude with us . Our concern is , should we write about it on the review for this guest? Thank You
