Saved Messages iOS App

Saved Messages iOS App

Why does Airbnb not have the ability to send saved messages through the iPhone app? I have a template email that I use to send directions on how to access the house in the morning of an arrivals and I do it mostly on the go but I need to log in to the website which I don't want to do.

Better yet, why not automate the process to allow a saved message to go out at a certain time to folks who are checking in that day?

This is the exact issue I'm having - is this right that we can only send a saved message to someone when you're sat at a computer and not from your phone / app?

Surely there is another way or else I would have to ensure that I either have a laptop with me at all times or I cannot reply to people with all the info they need until I get home if I go away?

this is really bad...why would they omit this feature? crazy? it is a real pain for me to have to go back to a pc all the time to communicate with guests using my prepared form letters.

Yeah, I am an Android user and have the same complaint. Please add this feature to the app ASAP.

I used to have an android phonen and the saved message works.  Just swap to iphone 7 today and find that the + icon is dimmed cannot use saved message any more.  I thought iphone apps are more well designed!!!

There is an easy solution - not ideal however.

Email yourself the note. Keep it in a separate folder on your phone, or in your Notes, etc

Then just cut and paste into your message box when using the app

Thanks..good idea!

I have a work around. I open AirBnb in Safari to access my Saved messages.
