Security Deposit & Insurance excess

If someone would break a window in my house or damage some interiors, will the airbnb insurance take care of that and/or is the security deposit any solution?

Honestly, if you are lucky enough - yes, @Hafsteinn0. Maybe if you've prayed long enough. Or Airbnb reps like you. Otherwise - read more in this forum and open your eyes to reality.

It is possible but unlikely, you might get something.

Best to put aside a small amount from each booking and build up your own fund to cover such costs.
