Sharing information to confirmed guest

Is there a way to share a photo or document with only a confirmed guest?  I know you can automatically send detailed information to a confirmed guest, but no attachment place.  My two listings are in an urban area and parking can be confusing, so I have a "blueprint" of the parking lot to show the specific parking spots in relation to the building/entrance, however don't want it to be a photo shared on the public listing.  Please advise

You can send pictures using the mobile app.

At the bottom of the message screen is a photo icon.

I have not yet figured how to do this in the computer web site though.

Nor have I figured how to create a canned document with text and graphics combined  

Would love to know if any one else can do this.

Thanks for the info, Paul.  I'll have to check into doing sending it to myself to get it on my phone. 

I also agree on the text and graphic combo - that would be a great addition for sure!
