So why do we get 'warnings' from Airbnb ?

I do not appreciate receiving a warning with harsh threats:

You’re at risk

Your account could be suspended if you don’t focus on improving to meet Airbnb hosting standards.

You've cancelled 1 reservation in the past 365 days. If this rate falls below 90%, your listings might be suspended

Commitment rate: 92%

Goal:                        98%

If a similar warning will occur, I will cancel my Airbnb account and 

there will be no need to be suspended.
