Special Offers - generic special offer open to all

Hi,

Does anyone know how to add a special offer to your listing. A special offer that is open to all and not linked to a specific enquiry.

I've seen an example of this where under the calendar  / book button it states: "10% off for March 1-6

Book within the next 4 days to get this special offer."  

The listing I've seen this on is

i would like to know that too!!  Have seen that in some listings, I wonder if it is the system automatically generate when it detcts a price change...
