Hi there, anyone know how I can offer a discount to a recent guest that wants to book again? They have been pre-approved historically and I don't seem to have the 'special offer' option this time round. Thanks, hopefully!!
@Camber0, it looks from this as if it is just for enquiries, not booking requests. If they sent a booking request, ask them to cancel it and send an enquiry instead. Or just change the reservation, as it says at the bottom, after it is confirmed. Hope it works!
