I am sure Airbnb feel that by removing the words and keeping the rating then the review is some how considered accurate?

I see it as a total contradiction for example, if a racist guests words were removed why in the world would the even more harmful rating not also be removed Charles?

It is an oxymoron.

The goal of someone giving a Low score....where it is not warranted is to use the review to harm your rating to keep hosts from achieving or maintaining Superhost or high host rating.....that is their only goal.

Airbnb needs to do better.
