Hi there to everyone...

I have two magnificient apartments and I am superhost mostly because of that apartments luxury...

I also from this year have two more apartments  which are not good quality so I´m afraid there will not be a goood rating. All that 4 apartments are in one my account.

So, my question is this, what I can do to save that two good objescts under superhost status, haw to separated that 2 new apartment from my profile? Any suggestions?

Hello @Miho1. Remove the poor apartments from your profile and let someone else host them. Nothing else you can do.

Not really within the spirit of airbnb as one person one account for hosting and travelling. I think having 2 accounts is against the rules. 

Problem is the rules set by airbnb in a land far away. 

Why can't you bring all to the same high standards?

I have the same problem. It sucks.

The only thing you can do is have two accounts. One for you and another dummy account of someone you trust. Easy if you are married. 

Unfortunately, I am widowed, so I don't have that solution available.

Another problem is the cheaper places may be rented more times and for a  shorter period of time. Perhaps have a 3day minimum stay at the cheaper places? That way, there will be less dilution of your good reviews.
