Taking airbnb to court for mishandling payments

I'm not after how people feel about this, and I'm not going to go into detail about why, I just want to hear if anyone else has tried this suscessfully or unsucessfully. ANy tips on the best way to do it without a full court hearing. NAy tips on the best media site and news papers to contact to get this out to the public.

Be aware those out there that the gov are looking into the legality of airbnb and booking.com adn other companies who are doing things on the market that they should not be doing. 

SO Any suggestions on Uk law, UK respresetion beofre I set my solicitor running down a blind alley, but DONT start criticisng what I am doing as I have made a point of not explaining why I am doing this to prevent this sort of black lash.
