Hello everyone, my home and Airbnb service is located in Los Angeles. What has your experiance been regarding Taxes? I've been hearing a lot about TOT taxes.  Does anyone have any tips and suggestions? Thank you in advance.

@Merilyn0 Are you required to pay TOT taxes in LA? I pay and report monthly to my county on my gross earnings, before the 3% service fee.  I pay it out of my nightly price.  Here's more info on your options:
