Taxes invoices

Hi, I need help how to change the details under the taxes invoices. I do have vat number and I know that I have to added under the profile, however, name on the profile and name for the taxes invoice is different and I have to set up that. How can I do that?

Hello, i have teh same request,i have used airbnb and will need an invoice with my name and the amount paid. could you please advise how to do and receive it. thanks
