Timing out when trying to publish 2nd listing

Hi all,

We have an apartment that we currently list as a shared room option. We are often away for w/es and trips so we want to also list our entire apartment as a controlled 2nd listing. I have created a 2nd listing as such however for the past 2 days when I've triede to finish our listing my clicking the 'publish listing' button. The site just stalls showing 'just a moment' however it stays on this screen for hours. I have tried closing down browser and computer. Cleaning my cache and redoing the listing details including adding smaller pictures but all to no avail still. I have also tried using different browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and am currently using Chrome. Please help resolve asap?

I had this problem in Chrome, and then logged in with Safari and it worked in Safari. I know you said you tried different browsers.

Did you do a hard reset of your computer?

If so and it persists, you will have to call Airbnb.

same problem in chrome, switched to safari on mac... worked fine. Ahem @airbnb tech team? this one seems like low hanging fruit that probably have made other less tech savvy folks experience less pleasing than it should be.
