Transferring a listing from another host

I have an agent dealing with my property. We may decide to change this so that I list and run it myself. Is there a way of transferring the existing listing? If so what is the process please? Also what happens to the reviews? Can I transfer these too?

1. Take your problem to the AirBnB FaceBook page and make your problem VERY PUBLIC.

2. Call them.
