Two AirBnB suggestions

Hello,

I create this topic to make two sugestions to improove the platform for hosts and AirBnb.

1 - It will be good if it´s possible to select the initial days that we acept guest. For instance let´s imagine I have open one of my rooms availabe one week. (From Sunday to Saturday) but I will be only available to receive the guests in the first day (Sunday) to have a good reception for them. If no one apears the week will automatic close. This is good because we can have other jobs that can make influence to our times and it´s a way to make sure that in that week we only acpet guests if the first day of them will be on Sunday. What you think about this feature? This can avoid cancellations.

2 - Reservations for some guests. This can be very discussed but it's my opinion. Imagine that I have low time for have guests during the year and I open only few times a year my room. Someone that I already know can tell me: "I heard that you have a room in AirBnB, how can I rent it?". If I will open a week that my friend ask I can have the possibility of other person rent and I can´t cancel. It will be good if we have some kind of invite for somedates to specific users. This is good for the host because can have someone he want. The guest feel happy because will be in a place that he heard good about it and AirBnB will receive the comission. This can avoid reservations outside the platform and I think it's better for the hosts for secure reasons.

What you think about this. If it´s already in progress something related can you tell me how I can make this?

(1) Para isso você tem a opção de co-Anfitrião.

(2) É mais fácil vocẽ coordenar com seu Hóspede o horário que liberará o anúncio, do que o Airbnb acrescentar tal facilidade.

(1) E se eu não tiver nenhum co-anfitrião que me consiga ajudar?

(2) E se alguem reservar nos 5 minutos em que eu coloquei o anúncio? Já me aconteceu.

(1) Pelo o que eu tenho observado exite mais co-anfitrião oferecendo ajudo do que anfitrião pedindo ajuda.

(2) Talvez você não tenha entendido a proposta do Airbnb.

 (1) É sempre uma possibilidade obviamente, facto é que não tentei procurar também mas no caso de ser o próprio a querer ser o anfitrião no momento da chegada com essa medida ajudava.

(2) Eu estou aberto a receber qualquer pessoa mas por vezes mesmo o meu anúncio estando indisponível me questionam pessoalmente se existe a possibilidade de reservarem e eu posso agilizar para conseguir se essa funcionalidade fosse possível
