UPLOAD PICTURES IN THE MESSAGES

Hi!

Is there any good reason why there s no way to upload pictures from pc but ONLY from the app?? I m obviously talking about uploading pics in a chat. Pictures related to my check in procedure or others issues than may help guests during the stay.

isnt' it a bit frustrating and mostly unprofessional?

It was a rollout in 2016, @Feel-Home-Abroad0.

Perhaps because it was a feature of the shiny new app, making photo uploads available via PC was considered unimportant? No idea. I feel after all this time it is unlikely to change. I am lucky that I can just switch to the phone app when I need to send a photo. Those without smart phones must use the system-generated email address which leaves no trail in the messaging. Yes, frustrating for sure.

I do switch as well but as a professional host this is something i d like to see sorted asap.
