Using Photos for highlighting useful Reviews/Amenities

Using Photos for highlighting useful Reviews/Amenities

Hello,

I had seen some hosts use this method and so I gave it a try myself, it has definitely resulted in an increase in bookings, so I thought of sharing it with all of you.

The photos section has an option to add title/description for each photos. Often most photos are self explanatory and might not need a description, in such cases, you can copy a snippet from any of your positive reviews related (and relevant) to that picture and paste it in the description.

How does this help?

1. Guests don't have to spend additional time going through your reviews and can simply read about some of the highlights while browsing through the pictures.

2. Guests are more confident while making a booking as they are reading what other guests had to say about their experience. (Often guests wouldn't go through all your reviews so this helps them as you are showing them some of the most relevant and useful reviews.)

One more experiment I did was adding the list of top amenities to the main picture, that has helped too.

Give it a shot and let me know how it works for you 🙂

Happy hosting!

Good job @Jeet0.  Did you get the idea from Evelyn Badiaa?

Thanks @Clare0.

Oh Yes, that's right. I think I had looked up her lisitng when she had posted a tip about mentioning occasional discounts in the Title.
