‘Ive had a guest try to book but she had to verify first. She has now verified and had an email saying that her reservation is confirmed. But on my end as a host the booking has not been confirmed. Can someone advise what I do from here as I have blocked the rooms but they are not yet confirmed or paid for?’

Perhaps unblock the room and let others have a chance to book as well.  Unless the calendar is blocked by the system awaiting verification. Then you will have to wait until the booking goes through. If it does not go through, it cancels automatically after 12 hours.

The only thing you can do now is to notify your potential guest that you are still awaiting confirmation.  Do bear in mind that the payment method has to be verified as well and can take time.
