Very low Views

Last year average monthly (season time) views were aprox 100 per month, this year 5 per month. That just cannot be, as having one more apartment in same region/city/almost street that I started renting out this year and marks 77 views monthly. The first apartment holds high reviews on the top of it. What's going on? Even this year did not have even one booking and only one inquiery, when the year before over 20.

I'm curious too. I believe the stats are inaccurate. They always seem a bit off, but someone from AirBnB actually told me that once. It's really hard to assess and adjust without accurate stats. I just know mine are lower than usual, because I'm not getting a lot of inquiries. Not sure why.
