Viewing a reservation from a Guest perspective

Hi Everyone!

I could be wrong, but i recall being able to go into a reservation (as a host) and viewing it from a guests perspective.  I have had a few guests not "find" the access instructions, and i want to refine it in a way that i know they can see it (especially in the ap).

Can someone pls tell me if this is possible? How to do it?

I have similar issues. I mention to guests that everything is in the house manual and guide but they still ask over and over stating they don't see the information on their listing. I don't know how to see what they see to tell them what to click or modify what is being shown.

Hi @Ione1 @Jessica210 The information is in their Travel Itinerary. Click on "Your Reservations", select the guest then click "Print Confirmation". All details are there including directions, House Rules and House Manual. From the guest standpoint, it appears under Trips, View Trips.

I'm not sure what information appears on the app. - I find the app. to be so pared down, it's almost impossible to to find much info. there. Best to go through the website rather than the app.  I hope that helps! Karen

Thanks Karen. I sent the info to my upcoming guest. I hope he is able to see everything. I don't know if he is using the ap or desktop version. Things shouldn't be this hard sometimes!
