Weekly booking at Christmas

Hello everyone,

Can somebody please tell me how to list my house at Christmas holiday time and the month of January as a minimum stay of one week minimum.  I had it listed under the calendar in special notes, so that guests would see that over that time frame, they can only book for a minimum of a week.  I had a recent guest book for two nights over a weekend in that same time frame, and their booking went thru with air bnb.

It was on instant book and when I declined the booking, I was penalised and had the two nights blocked off from my calendar anyway.  I thought on instant book, the host wasn't penalised. 

Is there another area that I should be listing that special condition of the minimum stay over Christmas?  Hoping somebody can help.

Go to the Availability tab and there you can set minimum and maximum stays as a rule, also minimum stays in certain periods of time (you can set the range manually).

Thank you Marzena. Can I ask you, is it worth being on Instant Book?  Apparently you don't show up on search results if you do not have it on.  What do you do?
