Weekly price

Hi

I have a problem with weekly price in my listing Apartment Sea. I put weekly price , diferent , depende of period and I have one inquiry and the guest told me :Tanja I contacted Airbnb. Your price rises in August to much more than the 664.00 weekly price advertised now so we will be unable to rent at your price that you want for august.

What is problem , my weely price is 630 and airbnb give offer with price 664€ , o . When thay go to finish  with reservation price is much more high.....as Don explain.

I just gave it a try and it came to $702EUR with the Airbnb fee so it could be dependant on where people are booking from.
