Welcome Packs

Is there a way of Automatically sending out a welcome pack to guests once the booking is comfirmed or a setting where a welcome pack is set out say five days before guestd arrive? or that it can be uploaded to the page so guests can view and print prior to booking if they wish???

Currently we manually send it out for every booking via email.

As soon as guests book, they can see the house manual. In the house manual you can write all the information your guests need to know.

I also write my guests a welcome message with all the important information. I have a template so all I have to do is add the name of the guest. I think this brings an important personal touch, yet having most of the process automated.
