What has happened to the call center?

Before when I needed to contact Airbnbs call center to solve question or problems they had a call back service that I could request! Now when I go to the help page there is 2 phone numbers +1-415-800-5959 and a Toll-free number +1-855-424-7262. When I call the Toll-free number I get a message that it it only Toll-free if I call inside the US and that international charges will be charge for anyone outside the US. Why has Airbnb stoped offering host/ super-host a call back service ? And it will be expensive for me to call them now since I call from Thailand. Is this how they will treat us now?

Love to hear what other host thinks of this.

It seems the call back service is no longer available. Maybe try another way to contact, like sending a message or use Twitter:
