What do you do when a renter damages your property?

This is a community board of people with similiar concerns as Airbnb hosts.

Because you are an unverified Airbnb person who has only provided an email address , not many of us are going to help answer your question.

Who are you? Why haven't your filled out your Airbnb application completely?

Are you a reporter? A renter who wants to damage property? A lawyer representing a renter who has damaged an Airbnb property?

You have to follow strict procedures. If there is a security deposit on your listing:

Otherwise inform the guest and use resolution center, read details her:
