Why is no one looking at my listing?

I've had my house listed in SF during Super Bowl weekend and not one person has even looked at the listing? What's wrong? It's listed at a cheap price considering the event too?

I was talking with a friend that owns a number of restaurants in San Francisco (one in Union Square) about how great business should be for the Superbowl.  He said it's been a complete disappointment so far.  It doesn't seem to be bringing visitors to SF to spend their money.  Maybe Santa Clara area hosts are cleaning up!

Because the price is way to high and is restricted to the only 4 days you made available...

Try to lower the price and reduce the minum nights... I know this is the time to make some extra $$$$... but sometimes is better make some $$ than nothing...

There are too many vacancies around for a lower price and without the 4 nights rule..

Thanks.  Changed the min stay.  Price is worth it - I get that during non-event periods.

I can't even find where the minimum stay is anymore! I thought I'd check mine as my bookings are very low indeed at the moment.

People who are attending the event have made reservations many months to weeks ago . So depending on when your listing was reactivated , you may not be showing up high in search results and also keep in mind that there are many more Hosts that are competeing with you to get guests for the event . Its not a price factor as people that can afford the starting price of 3K for a basic game ticket can afford to pay a premium price for lodging . But keep in mind that those big spenders are getting many more perks from some hotels 

and they might only need to do a 2 or three night booking at most . All the Business I know of are booked with guests and customers 

Not everyone wants to be stuck in the downtown or touristy union square area . Savvy and well seasoned travelers know where to go and what to do . To many businesses thought that mana was going to fall from heaven with this event and you said it best , you have better results from bookings during regular non event times !
