Hello!

Airbnb has done it again. This automatic price system is ridiculous!

Why do this people try to put computers to do a job to much complexe to them!

We need a better statistic system about world trends and not

that airbnb constantly tries to put computers in charge!

I'm not being able to set the price bellow the price tip and I'm getting complains. The old way is not working!

Do you guys know how can I set the price bellow the "price tip" or "minimum price" that the airbnb system sets?

@Antonio66 One thing that some hosts who Smart Pricing is not working for them is to turn off Smart Pricing. Is this something you've considered doing?

My "smart price" is off, I nerver used it, and never will!

The problem is with the normal system that forces me to use a lowest value called "price tip"!

Airbnb "price tip" is always wrong and is not a good price evaluator! 

So for example  the price tip is 37, but I need to put it at 25!

How can I do this?

@Antonio66 You're not required to use the price tip. You can put in any price you want.

No, I can not! When I put a price below the "price tip" it gives an error, saying that the price is lower than the "price tip", and it does not accept my value!

There was a trick to override this bt changing the currency, but it doesn't work anymore!

How can I put a price lower that the "price tip"?

@Antonio66 The lowest price anyone can put in is about $10 US. It looks like you were able to put in a price of $9 US, I'm assuming this is due to currency conversions. I don't think it's the price tip that's the problem, but going below the lowest possible price.

Well, 10$USD is lot for Brazil! There are lots of hostels here taking 5$USD!

And at 7$USD you even get a hostel with good breakfast!

So this forced value is taking from us many guests. If airbnb do not change 

this,I will have to leave airbnb! Because the last time I followed the "price tip"

I received zero guests!
