I'm a US citizen, living in Mexico and hosting in Mexico - I'm a non-resident on my US tax returns. What form do I need to use on Airbnb's "Tax Status"? W-9 or W-8ECI? Thanks!

There has been fires in my county for the last 48 hours. I am not set up to host airbnb but I have signed in on a friends account. I heard on tv that i could let firefighters/first responders stay in my house when they needed to rest and take a shower. ... Latest reply by Debby16

I get a shock that, my nightly price set MYR210/night. Guests booked for 2 nights but I received an email that, the price quoted is MYR137/night, is it the system error or am I doing something wrong in setting ?
