can I change room rates and number of guests for a specific period

Hi, we usually have a base rate for 1 person then charge extra for additional guests in that room, but there is an event coming up for just 2 weeks and we wanted to change the rate to a flat rate for up to 3 guests in the room for this period only? is this possible?

ok to do that make a copy of you listing and block the original for those dates and put no rates on the copy.. be sure to check rates and to turn of direct booking if you dont want it .. it does not coppy all functions.
