cancel future reservations

we have received an offer to buy the house we are using for hosting. How do we cancel reservations for July and August?  (these are the only ones we have at the moment)

@David3474  It isn't clear from your post why you would need to cancel the reservations. Is it that you and your family are going to be moving into the house and no longer using it for Airbnb rentals?  Depending on the reason, you might be able to get Airbnb to cancel the bookings penalty-free under extenuating circumstances policy.
