I charge £100 per night before airbnb take their fee but recently they are removing £1 from each booking before fees??

The exchange rate maybe? Airbnb calculates the rates in dollars. The dollar has strengthened against the pound - maybe that. My room rate also changes according to the Rand/Dollar exchange rate.
